Do they love to read, watch movies, listen to music, but are unable to visit their local library?
What is the Home Library Service?
Livingstone Shire Libraries provide a free service to eligible residents living independently, but who are unable to visit a library branch due to ill health, disability or frailty and have no family or friends who are able to collect Library resources for them.
The Home Library Service staff select reading and audio-visual materials for clients based on their interests and reading preferences.
This service is available either long term or on a temporary basis due to short term incapacitation.
How do I join?
· Complete an application form
· Library staff will contact you
· Join the Library if you are not already a member
· A volunteer will be assigned who will make deliveries.
