All Livingstone Shire Libraries will close until further notice from midnight 25th March 2020
Following the Prime Minister’s announcements on March 24th in response to the COVID-19 emergency, all of our library branches will close at close of business on 25 March 2020 until further notice.
This includes the branches at Yeppoon, Emu Park, Byfield, Marlborough and Mount Chalmers.
This decision has been made in line with Government requirements and strict social distancing protocols that are in place to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Our greatest priority at this time is the health and wellbeing of library customers, team members and the wider community.
While we are not going to be open to the public, our staff will be available to assist you over the Get Involved is an interactive way that people can share ideas and stories, ask questions and much more! or via during our normal opening hours of 9am - 5pm. We would also like to share a new engagement platform that has been created to help provide the community with information regarding COVID-19.
