  1. Youth Action Group

    16 October, 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM @ The Hub

    The Youth Action Group is a Council initiative that offers the opportunity for youth across the Shire to meet other enthusiastic and like-minded young people. The group is targeted towards anyone aged between 12 to 24 years who is interested in playing a role in decisions that affect young people and developing new skills. Meetings are held fortnightly (except during school holidays). To apply for the Youth Action Group, simply complete the linked application form and email it to the Community Development and Sport and Recreation team.

  2. Not-For-Profit Community Organisation Capacity Building Workshop - Financial Managment

    17 October, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Community Education Room, Level Two, The Hub, Beaman Park, Yeppoon

    Join the Community Development and Sport and Recreation Team for a capacity building workshop focusing on not-for-profit community organisation financial management skills.

    Support group meetings. Supporting families with loved ones affected by the drug Ice.

  4. Anti-Poverty Fundraising Day - ICare

    18 October, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ The Community Centre Gardens

    Free sausage sizzle, workshops, cake stall, plant stall. We will be accepting non perishable food items, women's and men's personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes), blankets - please no razors or electrical items!

  5. World Singing Day 2019

    19 October, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Amphitheatre Stage Roof, Yeppoon Forehore

    Capricorn Coast Sings for World Singing Day! World Singing Day is a global sing-along held annually on the 3rd Saturday in October. As a catalyst for positive human connection, this one day each year serves as an opportunity to celebrate our global family through the international language of music.     All interested residents and ratepayers are invited to attend the 2019 Livingstone Shire Community Meetings. An opportunity to meet with your local Councillors and get an update on projects planned for your area. Stay on after each meeting and enjoy a chat over a cuppa with your Councillors.
