Head to our Online Services portal to report any non-urgent requests or enquiries 24/7. Online Services allows you to make payments, lodge applications, submit service requests, book a council venue or request a property search - Yep 24/7!

While we respond to email correspondence as quickly as we can, our self-service online options are the fastest way to request a service or report a problem, or email us at enquiries@livingstone.qld.gov.au

Our Customer Support Officers are available Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Outside of these hours an after-hours service for emergencies (water or sewer outages, burst water pipes etc) is provided.

***On the first Wednesday of each month our Customer Support Centres close at 4pm to allow valued training time for officers***
