Council has established a pool of Casual Customer Support Officers who provide casual customer support assistance to Council in various locations when the need arise.
To be considered for a Casual Customer Support Officer position at Council, please submit a resume and covering letter (maximum of 2 pages in length) which addresses the three below points:
- Experience as first point of contact from customers including:
- Working in a busy call centre environment;
- Delivery of face to face counter service; and / or
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in accurately recording, receiving, receipting, processing, storing and retrieving any correspondence.
