The Role

Council is seeking to appoint a permanent Labourer to join our Rural Operations team at The Caves. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a progressive organisation, and contribute to the community you live in.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of labouring tasks as part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Council’s infrastructure assets.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Pre-employment Screening

Preferred candidates will be required to participate in and complete a successful Functional Capacity Evaluation and be willing to be immunised against Hepatitis A&B and Tetanus.

Key criteria for you to be successful in this role:

  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card); and
  • Possess and maintain a current ‘MR’ class motor vehicle driver licence.
