Mayor's Christmas Giving Tree Appeal
Celebrate the spirit of giving with Livingstone Shire Council’s inaugural Mayor’s Christmas Tree Appeal! This initiative invites our community to donate unwrapped toys and gifts, bringing smiles and hope to local families in need this festive season.
Giving Tree Locations:
The donated gifts will be included in iCare Community Project hampers prepared by the dedicated volunteers at the Community Centre, who work tirelessly to support local families experiencing financial stress.
The iCare Community Project, which has assisted over 750 individuals and families during 2024 with essentials like food and toiletries, is aiming to create 50 hampers for individuals and families in need this Christmas. Each hamper will include non-perishable food items, toiletries, and festive treats to help spread Christmas cheer.
