Special Council Meeting - 24 April, 2025

In accordance with section 2.2.4(c) of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer calls a Special Meeting to be convened in Council Chambers at 11am on Thursday, 24 April 2025 for the purpose of discussing the following:

•  1. Notice of Motion – Councillor Andrea Friend – Notice to Rescind – Electric Vehicle Charging Station

In accordance with section 2.3.1 of Council’s Meeting Procedures Policy, the Chief Executive Officer must send notice of the time, place and the business on the agenda of the meeting to each Councillor.

Where practicable, such notice must be provided at least two (2) full days before the proposed meeting. This public notice serves as notice of the meeting.

An agenda will be made available on Council's website in due course.
